How walk-in registration works
You do not need an appointment to be seen. Three steps and you are in the queue.
- 1
Step 1: Register
Scan the QR poster at the entrance and fill in your details on your own phone, or ask our reception staff to register you at the counter.
- 2
Step 2: Get your queue number
Your queue number appears on your phone right after you register. Take a seat — the number is called in the waiting area and shown on the queue display.
- 3
Step 3: Be seen
Our nurse takes your vital signs and chief complaint, then routes you to the right unit — general consultation, the bite center or the pharmacy.
About the QR poster at our entrance
The poster by the front door holds one thing only: the web address of our walk-in registration page. It carries no name, no patient number and no personal information, so it is safe for everyone to scan — including the next patient after you.
- 1Point your phone camera at the poster and tap the link.
- 2Fill in the short registration form on your phone. Already registered with us? Just confirm your mobile number.
- 3Your queue number appears on screen. Keep it open, or note it down.
No smartphone or unsure about typing? Our reception staff will register you at the counter — the same queue, the same wait.

Why Sanare
Why patients choose Sanare
One visit, not three trips
Consultation, animal bite treatment and your medicines are all on the same premises. No travelling between a clinic, a bite center and a drugstore.
One record for every unit
Your allergies, maintenance medicines and vaccination history follow you between units, so nothing has to be explained twice.
A complete rabies schedule
We track each of your anti-rabies doses and remind you before the next one is due, so a course that has been started gets finished.
Licensed, local clinicians
PRC-licensed physicians, nurses and pharmacists who practise here in Sultan Kudarat — not visiting consultants.
Register from your seat
Walk-in registration happens on your own phone. Less time at the counter, less paperwork, and a queue number you can watch.
Clear pricing
Consultation and treatment fees are published before you are seen, with the statutory senior citizen and PWD discounts applied at billing.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
I was bitten by a dog. What is the vaccination schedule?
Come in as soon as possible — ideally the same day. After the wound is washed and your exposure is assessed, the standard intradermal course is given on day 0 (your first visit), then day 3, day 7 and day 28. For a category III exposure, rabies immunoglobulin may also be given on day 0. Your exact schedule is written on your treatment card and in your patient portal, and we send you a reminder before each dose. Completing every dose matters: an unfinished course may not protect you.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Both work. Walk-ins are accepted throughout clinic hours and are served by queue number. An appointment reserves a specific time with a specific doctor, so your wait is usually much shorter — useful if you are travelling in from another barangay or municipality. Animal bite cases are always accepted as walk-ins and are never asked to come back another day.
Does Sanare accept PhilHealth?
Yes for the benefits that apply to outpatient care, and our billing staff will tell you exactly what your PhilHealth membership covers for your visit before you pay. Please bring your PhilHealth ID or MDR, plus a valid government ID. Charges not covered by PhilHealth are settled at our billing counter.
Is the PhilHealth GAMOT medicine benefit available at your pharmacy?
Not yet. Our accreditation as a GAMOT dispensing pharmacy is still in process. Until it is complete, maintenance medicines are dispensed as regular retail purchases. We will announce it on this website and at the pharmacy counter the moment the benefit becomes available.
Do I have to buy my medicines from your pharmacy?
No. Your prescription is yours, and you are free to buy your medicines anywhere you prefer. Our pharmacy is offered purely for convenience — it is on the same premises, the pharmacist can counsel you straight after your consultation, and generic equivalents are available. Nobody at the clinic will pressure you either way.
How much does a consultation cost?
Consultation fees vary by doctor and are listed on each doctor's card on our Doctors page. Medicines, vaccines, laboratory referrals and supplies are billed separately. Senior citizens and persons with disability receive the statutory 20% discount on eligible charges — please present your OSCA or PWD ID at registration.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A valid government ID, your PhilHealth ID or MDR if you are a member, your OSCA or PWD ID if applicable, and a list (or the actual boxes) of any maintenance medicines you take. For an animal bite, also bring any information you have about the animal — whose it is, whether it is vaccinated, and whether it is still alive.
Can I see my visit history and prescriptions online?
Yes. Create a patient portal account and you can view your upcoming appointments, follow-up and anti-rabies dose schedule, your prescriptions with the doctor's instructions, and your billing history. Confidential clinical notes stay with your doctor; what you see is the information intended for you.
