What we offer
Our services
Sanare operates three units on one site in Barangay Kalawag II, Isulan. All three share a single patient record, so your history travels with you from the consultation room to the treatment room to the pharmacy counter.
Unit 1
General Medical Clinic
Outpatient consultations with our PRC-licensed physicians for everyday illnesses and ongoing conditions: fever, cough and colds, sore throat, diarrhoea, urinary complaints, skin problems, wound care, hypertension and diabetes follow-up.
We also issue medical certificates and fit-to-work clearances, provide adult and paediatric immunization, and refer you onward for laboratory tests, imaging or a specialist when your case needs more than an outpatient clinic can safely provide.

Unit 2
Animal Bite Treatment Center
Post-exposure treatment for bites, scratches and licks from dogs, cats, rats, bats, monkeys and other animals. Rabies is almost always fatal once symptoms begin, and almost always preventable if treatment starts promptly — so this unit accepts walk-ins throughout clinic hours and never turns an exposure away for another day.
If you have just been bitten
Wash the wound with soap and plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes, then come to the clinic as soon as you can. Do not apply toothpaste, garlic, tandok or any traditional remedy to the wound. If the bite is on the face, head, neck, hands or genitals, or the bleeding will not stop, go to the nearest hospital emergency room instead.

What happens at your first visit
- 1Thorough wound washing and wound care.
- 2Assessment of your exposure category, based on the type of contact, the wound site and what is known about the animal.
- 3Anti-rabies vaccination started the same day, with rabies immunoglobulin as well for a category III exposure.
- 4A tetanus shot and antibiotics if your wound or your history calls for them.
- 5A treatment card with every follow-up dose date, and the same schedule in your patient portal.
Your follow-up dose schedule
The standard intradermal course is given on these days, counting your first visit as day 0:
- D0Day 0First visit — treatment starts
- D3Day 3Second dose
- D7Day 7Third dose
- D28Day 28Final dose — course complete
Your attending clinician may adjust this schedule for your case. We remind you before each dose and follow up if you miss one — an incomplete course may leave you unprotected.
Unit 3
Pharmacy
A licensed pharmacist on site dispensing prescription medicines, over-the-counter remedies and the vaccines and supplies our own clinical units use. Because the pharmacy sits on the same premises, your pharmacist can counsel you on how to take a new medicine immediately after your consultation.
You are never required to buy here. Your prescription is yours to fill wherever you choose. No one at the clinic will pressure you, and your care does not change either way.

Prescription dispensing

Over-the-counter medicines
Common remedies for fever, pain, cough, colds and allergies, plus vitamins and basic first-aid supplies. No appointment needed.
Generic options
Under the Generics Act, we offer the generic equivalent alongside the branded medicine so you can choose what fits your budget.
Maintenance medicines
Regular supplies for hypertension and type 2 diabetes, refilled against your doctor's prescription.
Senior citizen & PWD discount
The statutory 20% discount and VAT exemption on eligible medicines, applied at the counter on presentation of your OSCA or PWD ID.
Proper cold-chain storage
Vaccines and immunoglobulin are kept in monitored 2–8 °C refrigeration, and every dose we administer is traced to its batch and expiry date.
PhilHealth benefit
GAMOT medicine benefit
PhilHealth’s GAMOT programme lets eligible members claim maintenance medicines for certain chronic conditions through an accredited dispensing pharmacy, rather than paying for them out of pocket.
Coming soon once accreditation is complete
Sanare is not yet an accredited GAMOT dispensing pharmacy — our application is in process with PhilHealth. Until accreditation is complete we cannot process GAMOT claims, and maintenance medicines are dispensed as regular retail purchases with the usual senior citizen and PWD discounts where these apply.
We will announce the GAMOT benefit on this page and at the pharmacy counter as soon as it becomes available, together with the requirements and the list of covered medicines.
In the meantime, ask our pharmacist about generic equivalents — for most maintenance medicines these cost considerably less than the branded product and are equally effective.
To ask about the current status, call (064) 201-3344 or get in touch.
